November is National Family Caregivers Month, and although it’s technically come to an end, I still had to take the time to say “thank you” to the 50+ million Americans providing some type of caregiving support to a disabled, ill, or elderly family member. I grew up as a caregiver, so I understand some of the challenges associated with this role. However, with the challenges can come the rewards, like patience and empathy for others.
