NYC Event: Divas in the City Benefit

The word “diva” gets a bad rap…People tend to think that divas are egotistical, selfish, loud, and obnoxious. When in reality, divas are confident, focused, well-spoken, and persistent. Not to mention “the female version of a hustler.” Haha…Sorry, for the lame Beyonce reference, but I had to do it! Okay, let me get back on track! While twittering, I somehow came across Divas in the City and noticed that this organization was hosting a networking [...]

"Tue" Fabulous Returns

After what felt like a million year absence, I’ve bringing back “Tue Fabulous.” Truthfully, I didn’t think that I’d get around to this week’s either, but then I came across today’s dream shoe while reading Adventures in the Stiletto Jungle, and I was inspired. Lol! Quote of the Week “Life is just a mirror, and what you see out there, you must first see inside of you.” – Wally “Famous” Amos Shoe of the Week - [...]

Hey, all…I’ve decided to do one small act of kindness every day this month. I figure that there are only 28 days, so this is a completely feasible task! You can read about my decision in my Examiner post. I also plan to post 28 acts of kindness that I plan to execute daily. In my Examiner article, I’m challenging everyone to join me. You can do it…I believe in you -kb
