Simply put, I’m a Chicago gal (and new mom!) who believes that the right set of words and the right set of red heels can change the world.
By day, I’m a healthcare marketer for a global retail pharmacy. By night, I’m all about family, my blog, and my nonprofit organization, The Red Pump Project. Red Pump was founded in 2009 with the purpose of raising awareness about the impact of HIV/AIDS on women and girls. I like to say that I’m an HIV advocate in heels.
When I’m not trying to change the world, I’m running around Chicago exploring new hotspots and old favorites. Did I mention that I’m now a suburbanite? Yes, after 30 years of loving and living within city limits, my husband convinced me to move to the northern suburbs of Chicago.
Change is good, right? Let’s hope so.
